MoCA Adds Broadcom� and Conexant to Board

San Ramon, CA, November 5, 2007 --- Continuing its march toward market acceptance and adoption as the home entertainment networking standard over coax, MoCA � has named communications semiconductor leaders Broadcom� and Conexant to its board of directors. Both companies have been active participants at the Contributor level.

Both companies excel as leaders in the manufacturing of devices at the core of digital home networking technology,” said Charles Cerino, president of MoCA. “These companies have an industry recognized imprint in all segments of the service provider ecosystem and a respected presence in the standard bodies shaping the home network.”

Combining Broadcom and Conexant with co-founder Entropic Communications, gives MoCA three board members with commitments to silicon development. This will benefit consumers and service providers as these companies help drive innovation, integration and adoption of the MoCA standard.
